If exercise, meditation, acupuncture, massages, chiropractors and physical therapy has been proven effective over centuries, why do we still call the doctor first? The medical approach should be the “alternative” approach to healing. We are much stronger than we are made to think.
Attitude of Gratitude.
Life consist of several stages, till you reach the mindful “transformation stage." Then everything becomes easy and joyful, as it was suppose to be. Don’t see but attract! Find your attitude of gratitude.
Digging Deeper.
Anxiety and stress are modern day words. We use them without recognizing the symptoms and implications. Then we start “using”. The are may ways to control the symptoms without addictive substances, but we have to dig deeper.
